Design, structuring and comprehensive management of projects and funds, from planning and defining objectives to implementation, monitoring, compliance and reporting.
I strengthen management, leadership, coordination, and accountability processes to ensure strategic, efficient, and responsible resource execution, aligned with the results and commitments of each organization.
Social science research
Design and development of research using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methodologies, adapted to the context, objectives and questions of each project, using primary and secondary sources of information.
I integrate different research strategies, such as observation, interviews, focus groups, surveys, document analysis, case studies and participatory processes, to understand realities from different perspectives and generate solid evidence for decision-making.
Strategic alliances and resource mobilization
I design and support alliance and resource mobilization strategies throughout the entire cycle: from identifying and prospecting potential donors, partners and funding opportunities, to developing and consolidating long-term relationships.
This includes research and mapping of opportunities, outreach and relationship building, proposal development, building supporting cases, negotiation, agreement management, commitment monitoring, communication, reporting and accountability.
I also provide training and strategic advice to strengthen relationships between local organizations, companies, and international institutions and agencies, identifying spaces for connection, positioning, and collaboration that allow for new opportunities and the building of sustainable alliances.
I work with foundations, companies, cooperation agencies, institutions and other strategic actors, seeking to diversify funding sources, strengthen relationships and contribute to the sustainability and impact of organizations.
